A revista Forbes publicou a lista das 300 melhores empresas do Canadá.
O ranking foi compilado em colaboração com a empresa de pesquisa online Statista e levou em consideração as opiniões dos funcionários de cada uma das empresas. Foram mais de 8.000 pessoas consultadas, que trabalham em empresas com 500 ou mais funcionários, em 25 setores diferentes.
A pesquisa era baseada numa escala de 0 a 10 e perguntava se as pessoas recomendariam sua empresa para outros. Os entrevistados eram classificados de acordo com gênero, idade, região do país, nível de educação e grupo étnico.
